Rebuilt an eleven-year-old site that no phone could read
The problem
The site was built in 2013 and had never been made to work on phones. Two thirds of visitors were on mobile, pinching to zoom in on a contact form they could not fill in.
What we did
We rebuilt it mobile-first and cut twenty-two pages down to nine. Each practice area got its own page written around the questions people ask on a first call. The contact form went from eleven fields to four.
What happened
Consultation requests rose 38% over the following quarter against the same quarter the year before. Average time to first reply dropped because enquiries now route straight to the right attorney.
